Each sales rep was:

  • Building lead lists manually, spending hours sourcing contacts.

  • Personalizing outreach one by one, without automation or structure.

  • Managing messy data in Clay and CRMs that didn’t sync consistently.

They wanted to scale outbound without losing the human touch — automating list building and message creation while keeping control over personalization and approvals.

Solution

Lead Assassin built a custom GTM automation system tailored to Occuspace’s workflow.

We designed a platform that automates contact list building, personalization, and outreach — while allowing the team to review and approve every message before sending.

Using Clay, Supabase, Lovable.dev, Instantly.ai, and custom API integrations, we:

  • Automated the discovery of new companies and contacts using Clay.

  • Supabase receives data from Clay and syncs with the custom web app, where reps can review, edit, and approve personalized first lines before the campaigns go live.

Approved messages and reviewed data are automatically synced back to Clay for tracking and pushed to Instantly.ai for campaign delivery.

  • The system balanced automation and human oversight — giving Occuspace speed, scale, and personalization in one cohesive workflow.
