Meet the Founders

In 2022, Louise and Ericson started Lead Assassin with a simple bet — that a small, technically sharp team could outperform bloated agencies by building real GTM infrastructure instead of renting headcount. What began as a two-person operation has grown into one of the most trusted GTM engineering teams in the B2B space.

Louise and Ericson bring complementary strengths to everything they build. Ericson is the architect — obsessed with systems, automation, and making outbound engines scale. Louise is the operator — she turns strategy into execution, manages campaigns with precision, and keeps every project running on target. Together, they've sent millions of cold emails, built hundreds of GTM workflows, and traveled across the world attending conferences, meeting partners, and growing the Lead Assassin network.

Our timeline

2022

Lead Assassin is born

Louise and Ericson launch Lead Assassin as a two-person outbound agency, landing their first clients through cold email — the same channel they'd go on to master for others.

2023

Growing the team, doubling down

The agency gains traction and hires its first team members to handle cold email and appointment setting — delivering consistent pipeline for a growing roster of clients.

2024

The shift to GTM engineering

Lead Assassin evolves from a traditional agency into a GTM engineering firm — building Clay workflows, CRM automation, and RevOps systems. The team becomes a Clay Advanced Artisan Partner and launches Clay Club Manila, the first GTM community in Asia.

2025

Scaling with intention

The team continues helping B2B companies build pipeline machines while growing Clay Club Manila to 300+ members. More clients, more systems built — but always staying lean and selective.

2026

Tech-enabled, client-selective

Lead Assassin enters a new chapter — building proprietary applications and leveraging tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and AI agents to deliver outstanding results. The focus: work only with clients we love, stay curious, and push the boundaries of what a small, tech-enabled GTM agency can do.
