Occuspace, a seed-funded startup providing AI-powered real-time occupancy data for universities and education institutions, had a growing sales team — but an inefficient process.

The Challenge

  • Each sales rep was building lead lists manually, spending hours sourcing contacts
  • Personalizing outreach one by one, without automation or structure
  • Managing messy data in Clay and CRMs that didn't sync consistently
  • They wanted to scale outbound without losing the human touch

What We Built

Custom GTM Automation Platform: Using Clay, Supabase, Lovable.dev, Instantly.ai, and custom API integrations, we designed a platform that automates contact list building, personalization, and outreach — while allowing the team to review and approve every message before sending.

Clay Enrichment: Automated the discovery of new companies and contacts using Clay's enrichment workflows.

Custom Review App: Supabase receives data from Clay and syncs with a custom web app where reps can review, edit, and approve personalized first lines before campaigns go live.

Delivery Integration: Integrated with Instantly.ai for automated delivery once messages are approved. Approved messages and reviewed data are automatically synced back to Clay for tracking.

CRM Sync: Synced every campaign with their HubSpot CRM to ensure clean data and full visibility.
